About us

Portsmouth Christian Outreach Ministries is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in the Southside area of Portsmouth, VA. We have been established since 1994. We offer spiritual leadership and guidance through our weekly worship as well as bible teachings. We provide socio-economic relief for people in need. We maintain a 24 room facility which is an ideal building and environment to provide services and programs to Portsmouth and surrounding areas for families and individuals. Our goal is to help individuals find direction and become productive members of society. Our ministry is dedicated to “the least of these”.

Portsmouth Christian Outreach Ministries (PCOM) is committed to the continual persistent upgrading of the lives of men, women and their children by:

We believe that the gospel of Christ is the hope of the world, and it's the heart of the church to bring that hope to others. This belief is the foundation of our church and informs all we preach, teach, and practice.

We are the President and CEO of Portsmouth Christian Outreach Ministries located in the beautiful city of Portsmouth. Our ministry is dedicated to the “least of these”, those excluded from mainstream society. Since our conception in 1994, we have helped many men, women and families find new hope through the services and programs we offer.
